Delete your account.
How to request deletion of your BenchSlap account and the data we hold about you. Required reading per Google Play and Apple App Store policy.
Two paths.
You can delete your account either from inside the app while signed in or by sending a verified request from the email address associated with your account. Access is disabled immediately after an authenticated in-app request. Erasure normally follows as soon as every subscription billed by us is confirmed cancelled and is completed within 30 days. Subscriptions billed by Apple or Google are cancelled by you in your App Store or Google Play settings — deletion does not wait on them, but the store keeps billing you until you cancel there.
Path 1 — In-app deletion (fastest)
- Sign in at benchslap.pro (or benchslap.com for the free tier).
- Open Settings → Account.
- Click Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm with the security method offered for your account (password, passkey, or the displayed confirmation phrase), then click Permanently delete.
All sessions are revoked and sign-in is disabled immediately. Any subscription billed by us is cancelled and checked for a terminal status before erasure starts; provider outages remain queued for automatic retry. Subscriptions billed by Apple or Google are not cancelled by deletion — cancel those yourself in your store settings (see below).
Path 2 — Email request (no sign-in needed)
If you can't sign in (forgot password, locked out, etc.) email us from the address on the account:
Subject line: Account deletion request. Include the email address on your account in the body. We verify ownership before deletion.
What gets deleted.

What gets retained (and why).

Account-linked application audit logs, credentials, device tokens, AI-output reports, direct profile identifiers, document content, and AI conversations are erased. The retained billing ledger uses only a pseudonymous internal key and the narrow billing identifiers described above.
Mobile-app deletion.
If you installed the BenchSlap PRO or BenchSlap (free) mobile app:
- Inside the app: tap the gear icon → Account → Delete account. Same flow as the web.
- If you only want to delete the app from your phone but keep your account active: uninstall it from your home screen. Your account and data remain.
- Store-billed subscriptions: deleting your BenchSlap account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it yourself in Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings, or the store will keep billing you.
Timeline.
- Account deactivated (you can no longer sign in): immediately
- Personal data permanently erased from production: within 30 days
- Removal from automated backups (rolling): within 90 days
- Final confirmation email: once erasure completes
